Orders

An order is an offer to buy; it becomes a contract when we confirm it. If a product is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will tell you and refund in full rather than substitute something.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery is charged separately and always shown before you pay.

Products

We photograph honestly, but screens differ — a shade may look slightly different in person. If it is not what you expected and it is unopened, our returns policy covers you. Patch test anything new, and stop using a product if it irritates your skin.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account used fraudulently.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
