What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address — because a parcel cannot be delivered without them. If you create an account we also keep your order history and any addresses you save. We record which pages you visit so we know what to stock more of.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the courier delivering your order and the services that send our email. We never store card details — we do not take card payments at all.

Cookies

Two matter: one keeps your bag between visits, and one keeps you signed in. Both are httpOnly, meaning no script on the page can read them. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely — write to us and we will action it within 30 days. Marketing email always carries a one-click unsubscribe.
