What it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Rates

• Free on orders over 3000.

• Standard below that — the exact rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Timing

Orders placed before 6pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; after that, the next. Delivery then takes two to four working days to major cities and up to six to remote areas. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

If nobody is home the courier will attempt delivery twice more before returning the parcel to us.

Tracking

We ship with Leopards Courier. You will get an email the moment your order leaves us with the tracking number, and you can follow the parcel itself on Leopards’ tracking page .

Keep the confirmation email — it is your record of what you ordered and what it cost. If you cannot find it, write to us with the order number and we will send it again.

Paying for your order

• Cash on delivery — available all over Pakistan. Have the exact amount ready where you can, as couriers rarely carry change.

• Bank transfer — choose it at checkout and we will send the account details with your confirmation. Send us the receipt and your order goes out as soon as we have matched it against our statement.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph it before you do anything else — the item and its packaging — and tell us within three days of delivery. We replace damaged goods at our cost; what we cover has the detail.
